Testing Procedures

Herron Testing Laboratory used a jack hammer to conduct a vibration test of the Ultra-Lok bolt against a regular bolt.  After 45 minutes, the regular bolt and nut came loose, while the Ultra-Lok stayed tight.

Paramount King's Island of Ohio tested Ultra-Lok's fasteners for a period of three months.  "The Beast", their largest roller coaster, required a vibration resistant bolt which would not come loose.  Ultra-lok met, or exceeded, all the tests, and the park is currently using our products in various other applications.
